Length: Long (30,292)

Review: This is an AU of the ATF AU. It follows Ezra on one of his undercover missions. He goes undercover as a teacher in a school and ends up meeting and falling in love with a teacher.

This is one of the few stories I truly love that involves a main character falling in love with an original character. Ezra and Juliet’s relationship is sweet and very real feeling, it grows through the series and you really fall in love with Juliet.

There is a bit of a squick factor in that in the past one of Juliet’s student’s went crazy and claimed to have had a sexual relationship with her but it is made clear that this is a false acusation.

I would like to thank you twice for this rec. Adoring Ezra as so many do, it's rare to find a good Het, OC female character that is not a Mary Sue. When I first got into this fandom, I read dozens just to find the gems but got burnt out quickly. And as I was definitely not opposed to slash - yum - I just gave up. This will be my weekend treat and I appreciate the rec - along with the warnings - so much.

But just as importantly, I appreciate you using the tags when you posted this. By tagging the entry with the fandom, it made my life so much easier. I know, I know, I'm so lazy. (g) But with 150 posts daily from LJ alone, tags are usually what draw me in to an entry. And sites like this and crack_van usually only get my attention with tags. So thank you so much for tagging. I wish more did so but I will keep an eye out for your recs.

You might want to try Setcheti's Old West AU called The Gambler's Heart. It is another good Ezra/Female OC.
